CSB
So, first things first - what is a CSB? Well, similar to a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), a CSB (Community Supported Bakery) is a subscription-like program offering freshly baked goods on a weekly basis for 3 months. Grandview Gourmet offers a few options for CSB:
Basic CSB - This option provides one loaf of a new and unique fresh bread creation every week, for 18 weeks, at $5.55 a loaf
CSB Plus - This option provides, for an additional fee of $6.94/week, extra baked goods as well as your weekly loaf. Like the bread, the selection changes weekly, ranging from Cakes, Pies, Cookies, Quiches, and other fresh pastries.
CSB Pastries - With this option, you will receive 18 weeks of Pastries, such as Cakes, Pies, Cookies, Quiches, and other Baked goods - no Breads with this option.
Delivery is also available for a one-time fee of $25.
At the beginning of each week, members of the CSB will receive an e-mail detailing what loaves and pastries will be available for pick-up (10am-1pm) or delivery (1pm-3pm) on Friday. Since there are many different food sensitivities and diets these days, an effort will be made to create options that can be enjoyed by all.
